Yoga is a gentle and safe form of exercise, non- competitive and suitable for all, any age and level of fitness. It works on body, mind and spirit.
You can practise as strongly or as gently as you wish.
All you need is to wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a mat, cushion and blanket with you.
